Who we are

Information we collect
What you send us. When you fill out the contact form we receive your name, business name, email, phone (if you provide it), your current website or social profile (if you provide it), what you need and your message.
The free website check. When you paste a link, our server downloads the public version of that page — the same one any visitor or search engine can see — to analyze it. We send the link to Google's PageSpeed Insights service to measure speed. We do not store the link or the results, and we don't ask for your email to use the tool. If you then choose to contact us, a short summary of the result is added to your message so we know what you're referring to.
What is collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and operation. Your language choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it.
What we don't collect. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies today. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we'll update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.
How we use your information

- To schedule and hold the call or meeting you asked for.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and afterwards only as long as required for legal or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@cabetomedina.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we'll honor them.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to the information we receive is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
